Email Setup Instructions

Create New Accounts:
Login to the Email Account Control Center located at: http://www.meteoremail.com/ with the Username and Password that was emailed to you when you setup your account.
Click the "Add" button to create a new account.
1. Enter the "Alias" e.g. john (Do not include the "@" symbol or domain name)
2. Enter a password twice between 5 and 10 characters without spaces
3. Click Save
Add more accounts by repeating instruction 1.
Add Aliases on Mailboxes by clicking on "User Administration" and selecting the mailbox you want to create an alias on e.g. select "John" in the mailbox menu and then clicking on "Modify"
1. Type into the "Create New Alias on Account" field the new alias e.g. "info" and click "Add" (You do not need to retype your password)
2. The new Alias will appear for that mailbox.
Now that you have created your mailboxes you can setup your Email Client e.g. Outlook Express
1. In your Email Client create your new email account e.g. john@yourdomain.com and place this address in both the E-mail Address and Reply-To Address fields
2. Find your "Incoming Mail Server" field and enter into it: "mail.visimark.us" without the quotes.
  1. Incoming Mail Server can either be a POP3 or IMAP (POP3 is the default. Use POP3 if you want your email to go into your Inbox, which is the most common setting. Use IMAP if you understand how IMAP servers work.)
3. Find your "Outgoing Mail Server" field and enter into it your ISP's SMTP server (you may need to contact your Internet Mail Service Provider)
4. Your Login Account ID is youraccount@yourdomain.com e.g. john@meteorhosting.com
5. Your password is the password you typed in twice to create the account.
Repeat steps 1-4 for each account. (Note: you do not create mail accounts in your Email Client for aliases on mailboxes. e.g. if "info" is an alias you created on the account for "john" then emails sent to "info@yourdomain.com" will simply go to "john@yourdomain.com")
