Each email account for your hosting package has a 10MB server storage limit. If you reach this amount on the server then emails will be rejected to your account. To keep your email space open use an Email Client like Outlook Express to send and receive your emails.
If you are using WebMail only you will need to periodically delete emails to free up space for your account.
